Is Solar Roof right for your property?
Solar Roof can be especially relevant when a new roof is already part of your plans. We review roof condition, shape, orientation, shade, energy use and electrical service before recommending a system. The proposal sets out the design, equipment, installation scope, timing and warranty terms for your property.
If your existing roof is suitable and a replacement is not planned, Tesla Solar Panels may also be worth considering. We explain the differences for your site rather than assuming one product fits every home.
From assessment to handover
-
Site review. We gather roof details, electricity use, electrical capacity and your project goals.
-
Design and proposal. We develop a site-specific approach, including the proposed roof system, any battery integration and the licensed installation scope.
-
Permits and installation. A licensed contractor works with our project team on the work requiring a license or permit.
-
Commissioning and handover. We check the completed system and provide the applicable operating and warranty information.
Solar Roof and Powerwall 3
Tesla Powerwall 3 can be planned alongside Solar Roof when backup power or greater use of stored solar energy is a priority. The right configuration depends on your energy use, backup goals, site conditions and utility requirements.
Florida service area
We serve Greater Orlando, Tampa Bay, the Space Coast and communities throughout Florida. Start with a property address, approximate roof age, recent electricity use and any plans for roof work. We will confirm what else is needed for an assessment.
Solar Roof questions
Is Solar Roof the same as solar panels? Solar Roof integrates energy-generating tiles into a new roof surface. Solar panels are mounted above a suitable existing or new roof. The right choice depends on the property and project goals.
Can every property use Solar Roof? Suitability depends on roof design, site conditions, electrical capacity, permitting and the final system proposal.
Who installs the system? Space Coast PCM delivers the project with a licensed contractor. The written proposal confirms the installation scope and warranty terms.
How much does it cost? Pricing and timing depend on the site-specific design and scope. We provide those details in a written proposal after assessment.
